The Erie Attica Trail lies along the former railroad for which it's named. A glimpse of this past can be seen in the beautiful truss bridge that spans 220 feet across the Genesee River. The wooded rail-trail begins on the west end of Avon and continues west just over a mile to the Genesee Valley Greenway.
